For hospitality on the grand scale, the fully air-conditioned Arlington Suite is unrivaled. Capable of catering for up to 400, it is the perfect choice for banquets, galas or conferences. The Ashford Suite offers yet another option - perfect for smaller parties of up to 60 delegates. The Taw Suite is a first floor conference room catering for up to 50 delegates. Brends offer inclusive delegate rates. Should overnight packages be required contact the Management who will be pleased to quote. The Hotel can provide an extensive range of conference equipment including OHP and screen, microphone and PA system, carousel slide projector, PowerPoint projector, lectern, television and video, flipcharts and pens. The hire of all suites includes free car parking (250 spaces), notepaper, pens, iced water and cordials. Telephone points are present in all rooms and internet connections can be arranged. Each room is light and airy. Conference suite 1 is our largest holding approximately 250 people. Our smaller break out rooms are suitable for board meetings and smaller gathering. Rooms can be arranged to meet your requirements; Cabaret, theatre, classroom or boardroom. We have 148 accommodation units in total. 56 of these are luxury spacious hotel rooms on the ground and first floor (lift access) sleeping 2-4 people in each room. We have 62 ‘Chalets’ and 30 cottages (each with 2 bedrooms and sleeping up to 6 people) All hotel rooms benefit from full size bathrooms, room service, flat screen TV’s with sky channels and telephone. All our accommodation has Wi-Fi internet access also. On site, we have a variety of choices when it comes to dining, we have the large ‘Bay Restaurant’ which serves a large buffet breakfast each morning and a 4-course carvery dinner in the evenings. The ‘dune’ Restaurant opens in the evenings and serves finer dishes in a modern, chic environment. The ‘Plaza’ bar serves light snacks throughout the day, eating in or take away.
