Behind the historic façade is a building capable of meeting the needs of a variety of clients. The complex is comprised of three main spaces, all inter-linked, and the Civic Theatre, situated in close proximity to the Corn Exchange. With rooms of all sizes from a compact meeting space to an impressive auditorium, maybe the most important feature is the flexibility afforded by the arrangement of these rooms and the configurations possible within them. Each of the main spaces has its own bar, kitchen, toilets and cloakroom facilities. All areas of the venue can be connected through video and audio links and we are also able to offer our customers an audio or video recording service for all functions held within the venue. A full in-house bar and catering service can be provided dependent on individual clients' needs. Lift and ramp access makes the venue accessible to disabled customers and an induction loop system is available for people with impaired hearing.

Our dining room looks out onto the 18th Green, providing a attractive environment for meetings, lunches and dinners. It is large enough to cater for up to 30 people and be set out in a variety of ways to suit your party. The Biddenham Suite is our main function room and can cater for 100 - 120 people seated or 140 people standing. It looks out onto the first tee and has its own private terrace to enable guests to go outside in the warmer months. It has a self contained bar and our catering and bar team headed by Chefs Paul Gaynard and Paul Hepworth would be delighted to look after your future function. A wide variety of menus are on offer and we look forward to discussing your requirements with you. The Spikes bar is available for small groups - maximum of 10 board room style.
