Our Meeting Room is purpose built, self-contained and has been built simply but to the highest specifications. The room is available for hire throughout the week, for training days, teacher classes, company away days and for exercise classes. Hire is simple: if you would like a full set up for a business meeting, hire is at £20 per hour. If you require only the room without any set-up, for example for an exercise class, hire is £18 per hour. You will have the club at your disposal when you hire the room and therefore access to full catering. We always work to your budget and your timings, and will serve you when you want, and where you want - either in the clubhouse or in the meeting room. The club will also be there should you wish to supplement your meeting with a golf day or team building golf clinic with our PGA Professionals, or an evening function for an awards dinner or celebratory meal. The room is light and spacious with flexible seating arrangements for up to 50 seated. In 1986 when Gary Hall first saw Bix Manor with its 17th century Manor House and Great Tithe Barn, the beautiful brick and flint farm buildings and the six acre garden, he knew instantly that he had found the perfect place as his family home and from which to work. The Great Tithe is 1,200 square feet and takes up to 50 comfortably either in board room style or in a more informal presentation style. The Library is 600 square feet and takes up to 10 in a formal or informal layout.

This beautiful and elegant building standing in the heart of Windsor was built between 1687 and 1689. Designed by Sir Thomas Fitz, it was completed after his death by Sir Christopher Wren. The Guildhall Chamber accommodates up to 100 guests for wedding ceremonies, but is also suitable for smaller parties. The Chamber is available for wedding ceremonies on Fridays and Saturdays with hourly appointments starting at 11am until the latest at 4pm. Sundays are also available.
