Ufton Court is a beautiful Elizabethan Manor House set in 16 acres of picturesque, secluded grounds. This sensational setting is also extremely versatile and can be used to host a conference for 10 to 200 guests. The house and grounds are suitable for both formal and informal events. For those seeking an entertaining day with a difference, archery and themed Elizabethan banquets are available. The beautifully restored tithe barn and walled garden provide a stunning and practical venue for large groups whilst the Manor house has three linked reception rooms. These include the long Ceremonial Room and the Great Hall which has a carved ceiling and minstrels gallery. Upstairs the panelled library with carved dining chairs is suitable for small groups. Outside, delegates can enjoy the gardens which feature formal and wild areas including medieval fishponds, a herb garden and walled garden. Individual rooms or the whole site can be booked with or without catering. Ufton Court prides itself on providing a personal service and can adapt the facilities available to meet your individual requirements. All rooms are provided with tables, chairs and standard conference equipment such as overhead projectors and flip-chart easels. Extra resources can be provided with prior notice. Access to telephones, fax machine, photocopier and computer is available at an additional charge. Conferences can choose self or full catering. Our caterers will produce a menu carefully designed to suit your requirements and can vary in style from a formal three course dinner, Elizabethan banquet, hog roast, barbeque or finger buffet. The house has two informal dining rooms which seat forty and twenty. Formal dining for thirty two can be provided in the Great Hall. The tithe barn seats a hundred and fifty either banqueting style or around small tables. The larger dining room can easily cater for 30 guests, whilst the Red and Green rooms can comfortably seat 14 and 12.
