Situated within easy reach of the A7 set on the outskirts of historic Selkirk in the Scottish Borders (35 miles south of Edinburgh) you will find the privately owned, family run Best Western Philipburn Country House Hotel, the only 4 star hotel in Selkirk.
With 12 individually styled comfortable rooms in the main hotel, a fine dining restaurant, Charlie's Bistro and Bar, and meeting rooms, the Philipburn is an excellent venue for any occasion. We also have 2 studio rooms adjacent to the hotel and 5 self catering lodges that will accommodate from 2 to 6 people – ideal for groups and families visiting the area.
