    Tottington Manor is a typical Sussex Country Manor House commanding magnificent views over the South Downs. Having recently been refurbished, we have bought a more contemporary look to the restaurant, bar and lounge, whilst still retaining the character and charm of the beamed ceilings. Our aim is to offer excellent food and service in a stylish and relaxing environment. We specialise in private parties and have two function rooms for private parties for all occasions. We also cater for conferences. We have six comfortable double en-suite rooms all with views of the sussex countryside. We welcome families and during the warmer weather, have two lovely gardens in which to just enjoy a drink or to eat a light meal. Tottington Manor is an ideal conference venue. Set in the heart of the countryside, we are close to the M23 and the A27 bypass - just 15 minutes from Brighton and Worthing. We have two conference rooms; one catering for up to twenty people and a larger room catering for up to fifty people. Arrangements can be tailored to suit your needs - from room hire with tea and coffee only, to sandwiches, a light lunch or dinner. Rooms can be hired on a half or full day basis. For your convenience, we have six double bedrooms, should the need for an overnight stay arise.

    The main Pavilion area of the club is a large spacious room which has recently benefited from an extensive refurbishment programme. In the spring of 2006 the Pavilion area was equipped with a brand new carpet, new tables and chairs, new curtains, redecorations throughout, four air conditioning units capable of providing both hot and cool air, new lighting scheme, an additional large TV screen and brand new bench seating. This refurbishment, in conjunction with a smoking ban within all club buildings, has created a comfortable, relaxed and healthy environment for members and guests to enjoy. The club is the perfect venue for a range of functions and social events including; wedding receptions, birthday party celebrations, anniversaries, sports/social club presentation evenings, dinner dances, race nights, christening parties etc. Again a full and comprehensive food and beverage service is available in our comfortable and relaxed surroundings. Our flexible conference, seminar and meeting service can be tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking for the perfect place to meet a client, or planning a full scale conference for up to 200 delegates, we have the perfect solution. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Horsham town centre, 10 minutes from the M23 and only 5 minutes from Horsham Railway station (main line service, London Victoria). Our excellent on-site caterers can provide everything from coffee and biscuits to finger buffets or hot gourmet meals. The main pavilion room can accommodate a range of different meeting room sizes, from as little as 10 delegates to as many as 200. Additional seminar, break out and meeting rooms are available. We will provide the following equipment with your room hire; flip charts, white boards, OHPs and TV/Videos. The club also offers a free wireless service.

    Ridge Farm is a 12 twelve bedroom, 16th century farmhouse set amongst some 15 acres of landscaped grounds and woodland. Renowned for it's homely atmosphere and understated hospitality, we have been welcoming guests for over 35 years. Until 2001 Ridge Farm was the home of Ridge Farm Studio, one of the first and most successful residential recording studios in the UK. Since then we have become an increasingly popular venue for weddings, holidays and corporate meetings / events. Recent companies to use Ridge Farm for their business include Mars UK, Royal Mail, GlaxoSmithKline, The NHS and B&Q.
